I was lucky enough to capture a hyperlapse outside each of the restaurants as an attention grabber to start each video. For the Jaleo video, I was capturing with Coral as one of two videographers on location. We worked with our creative director Andrés and the chef to capture the process of preparing the dish in the kitchen. I was lead editor for this specific video.

For the Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ video I was capturing with Coral, as one of two videographers on location. We worked with our creative director Andrés to capture broll around the restaurant. The Chef was not in town at the time of filming, so the restaurant provided our team footage they captured of the dish. I was lead editor for this video.
