Scope: Our team was asked by the Animal Science team at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to create a series of three videos for the My Disney Experience App. These videos would show Guest the amazing sights they can discover on the walking trails. Each video follows an Animal Science Cast Member as they lead us on a journey down one of the three trails. Along the way they point out a variety of animals and fun facts.

Role: My role for this project was to capture video content and edit. For the Maharajah Jungle Trek video I was the primary editor and videographer. I also animated the motion graphics including the intro/outro, lower thirds and fun fact cards. For the intro animation we were inspired by the idea of the trail and how a map is the ultimate guide. I wanted the intro to feel like the viewer was about to embark on an exciting journey through a distant land.

Our teams visual designer, Sarah, worked on the beautiful graphics and style of the video. Our teams other editor, Coral, captured footage with me for the other two videos and pieced together those edits.
